Delivery

We deliver to England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. 

Delivery Charges

Free delivery on orders over £30 to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland.

There is a £5.95 delivery charge on orders below £30.

Due to delivery costs, there is a delivery surcharge of £5.99 to deliver to the Isle of Wight and £9.50 to deliver to Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands and to the following postcodes: AB31-AB38, AB40-AB56, IV1-IV28, IV30-IV32, IV36, IV40, IV52-IV54, IV63, KW1-KW14, PA21-PA38, PH4-PH41, PH49-PH50.

Delivery Times

Most orders received by 12pm Monday to Friday will be delivered the next working day between 8am and 6pm.

The majority of orders are delivered by UK Mail which is next working day delivery. Some orders may be delivered by Royal Mail or DPD which may take longer than next working day delivery.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and remote areas may take longer to arrive.

We will always do our utmost to fulfil our next working day delivery policy but there may be exceptional circumstances when this is not possible. Please allow extra time during busy periods such as Christmas.

Delivery Information

If you are not in when the delivery takes place, the courier will endeavour to leave your parcel in a safe place. At checkout, you may type in any relevant delivery instructions (e.g. leave in porch). We normally use UK Mail for our deliveries however we may send some orders via Royal Mail's first class post or DPD. If this happens, they may not be able to follow specific delivery instructions. Once your order has been collected by UK Mail, they will normally send you an email with the option to amend your delivery day. UK Mail will then normally email you on the morning of your delivery to give you an estimated one hour delivery time slot. Occasionally, some orders may be split and arrive separately to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Deliveries do not need to be signed for. An Order must be sent to a single address.


Returns & Cancellations

Faulty Returns

If the goods you receive are faulty, then please contact us by email at info@spcselect.co.uk or by phone on 01903 754950 and we will arrange a free collection. We will refund the purchase price for that item within 14 days.

Cancelling an order

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations your right to cancel an order starts the moment you place your order and doesn't end until 14 days from the day you receive your goods. To cancel an order, you must inform us by email at info@spcselect.co.uk or by phone on 01903 754950.

Please note that you will be responsible for any delivery charges incurred. We strongly recommend that you use a recorded delivery service as the goods in transport will be your responsibility. Any goods you return must be in their original packaging and in the same condition they were sent to you. As soon as the unwanted goods have been returned, we will refund the purchase price for those items within 14 days. Any delivery charges we incur will be deducted from any monies owed to you.
